Hot Skies Terms and Conditions

 Shipping

 We ship anywhere within Australia and New Zealand only.

All goods are shipped via Australia Post and are registered.

Delivery within Australia:

If you choose standard mail expect 7 working days after ordering online within Australia OR if you choose express post expect 3 working days after ordering online.

An average cost of $8.50 will be charged to the customer per order.

Any orders that total $75 dollars or more will receive free shipping.

 Returns and Exchanges

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to make a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

 1: Email us at admin@hotskies.com and quote your order/customer  number requesting a refund or exchange within 14 days.

 2:  Returned goods must be sent within 14 days of purchase and will be shipped at customer’s expense. Cost of shipping will not be refundable.

Returned goods must be clean and unworn with all original swing tags attached and original receipt. Returned goods without original swing tags and that show signs of wear or have been dry cleaned will be returned to customer and a refund will not be valid.

 3:   A refund will be to the same credit card or payment method used for purchase minus the shipping cost or we can issue an online store credit to be used at a later date.

Store credits are valid for a year after issue date.

 4. Please allow 5 working days for the refund total to be credited back into your account.
