Do you have other stores apart from the Wynyard Station one?

No.

Can I Lay-By?

Yes you can, but only on full-priced items. A four week lay-by is available to all customers with a 20% deposit.

Ownership of the goods does not pass until the final payment has been made.

Final payment must be made within 4 weeks of purchase. If final payment is not made within that time, a 20% cancellation fee of that lay-by will apply. Any remaining balance will be returned with a store credit note.

No lay-by on sale items.

Balance payments can be made by credit card or money order quoting your invoice number.

Can you get me something in that you have sold out of in the store or online?

We can most definitely do this if there are still sizes available at the suppliers. We will certainly try our best to get what ever it is you’re after into the store ASAP. Just email admin@hotskies.com.au or phone the store during business hours from (EST) 7am to 7pm Monday to Friday only.
